To Set Privacy Information

On the Main Window, click the Address book button at the top toolbar, and then click the About Me item in the group listing .

In the Properties dialog, select the the Privacy tab, you can change the privacy level. The privacy level included:

Contact

Level 0. Allow guest access to all data of the Contact. (Username and Password of the Personal, the Home FTP site and the Business FTP site included.)
Level 1. Allow guest access to all data of the Contact. (Username and Password of the Personal, the Home FTP site and the Business FTP site excluded.)
Level 2. Guest can access to the Personal, the School and the Business of the Contact data have been allowed.
Level 3. Guest can access to the Personal of the Contact data have been allowed only.
Level 4. Disallow guest access to any data of the Contact.

Personal

Level 0. Allow guest access to all data of the Personal.
Level 1. Allow guest access to all data of the Personal.
Level 2. Allow guest access to all data of the Personal.
Level 3. Guest can access to the Nick name, the Display name and the Icon data have been allowed.
Level 4. Disallow guest access to any data of the Personal.

Home

Level 0. Allow guest access to all data of the Home.
Level 1. Allow guest access to the Home data. (The Family Member data excluded.)
Level 2. Guest can access to the City name, the State (Province) name and the Country name have been allowed.
Level 3. Guest can access to the Country name has been allowed.
Level 4. Disallow guest access to any data of the Home.

Business

Level 0. Allow guest access to all data of the Business.
Level 1. Allow guest access to the Business data. (The Street Address and Zip Code excluded.)
Level 2. Guest can access to the Company name, the Department name, the Office name and the Job Title have been allowed.
Level 3. Guest can access to the Company name and the Job Title have been allowed.
Level 4. Disallow guest access to any data of the Business.

Memory

Level 0. Allow guest access to all data of the Memory.
Level 1. Allow guest access to the Memory data. (The Location of the Home data excluded.)
Level 2. Allow guest access to the Memory data. (The Location of the Home, the location of the School and the location of the Office data excluded.)
Level 3. Guest can access to the Personal of the Memory data has been allowed only.
Level 4. Disallow guest access to any data of the Memory.
